I purchased a pair of high end ski boots here a couple of years ago. I never could get the right fit out of them. Ryan went out of his way to make sure that I had comfortable boots that allowed me to ski all day without pain. I'm thrilled with my boots and I feel that Ryan went above and beyond! He has earned my business for Life!!! Thanks Ryan and thanks to the Powder House!
I waited 30 minutes to simply take a picture for my ski pass and no one even approached me. The girl working was extemely rude to both my friend and I. I would never go to this shop again because of there horrible service and staff. Thank you. That is why you should go to sports den for your skis.
This is a great shop. I needed a bike to ride the park city summit challenge. Took me like 7 phone calls to find a shop that rents road bikes. Service was great the guy who rang me out was also doing the race. He helped me answer all my questions. Great shop they can help you with all your outdoor needs.
Still have 2 free tune coupons if anyone if willing to risk their skis destruction.
Where to start .. don't go here if you want any ski work done. My buddy bought binding and had them mounted at the Wasatch Powder House in the valley. The bindings were broken at no fault (that I know of) of the company. The problem was when my buddy went back in to have the bindings checked they unintelligent stated "Must be because you center mounted your skis dude." After a brief argument the employee would not accept that the binding needed to be replaced and refused his buisness. A month later we returned to the store after lots of frustration where we were able to talk to a manager who was extremely embarrassed by the idiotic remarks made by one of his shop boys. He apologized multiple times and gave us both free ski tune coupons. Later that spring (lifts still open) we decided to redeem our tunes. When we walked in we were not greeted by kindness and were told they had closed their tune shop till the fall .. really? Oh well. This fall on the third week of October I went in to see if I could get the skis tuned .. believe it or not the tune shop was still unopen and they would not tune the skis. Very frustrated at this point I left to simmer over and reflect. I later called to see if the shop was open and i was recieved by a blunt "no" then they hung up. I have decided that I do not want any type of service this company could provided and I honestly worried about the outcome of my skis. I have decided to have nothing to do with this company and I'm so relieved I never have to deal with them again.
Yayyyyy no more WPH for me!! Honest relief
These guys are awesome! They are extremely knowledgeable and helped get my boots fitted. My toes no longer get cold and numb like they did before! I am definitely going to buy my next pair of boots from them. Highly recommend!
