They never followed through with the bike frame they said they could get in. After repeated attempts at to find out what the delay was (owner/manager kept ducking out when they saw us coming in), they finally said, "Oh, we can't get just the frame in." Won't go in there again. They have no idea what they are doing.
Wonderful help from all associates today while shopping for my new bicycle. Kellen, Angie were attentive, informative, without any hint of condescension. Good, KIND, knowledgeable folks. And the store had everything I needed.
I reached out to Summit Cyclery to see if they would be willing to help me warranty some tires that were defective. Connor was kind enough to set up a product warranty through the shop even though I didn't buy these tires through them. I know he didn't have to help me, nor did I go in having the mindset that he had to, but he went above and beyond his job and did it anyway. This was excellent customer service for which I am grateful.

Needed a front derailleur installed on a used bike I bought. They cleaned the bike and got it in great working condition for a great price and only in about 2 hours (every other store was about 5 days out for the install)! I have never been so impressed with a cycle shop in the Valley as I have with Summit Cycle! Great, friendly and honest customer service!! They are now my go to shop!
