Amazing so far. Since I first began, Adam has done an absolutely amazing job especially with going out of his way explaining all of the areas of my policy. He was able to get me going within 24 hours and everything was sent and delivered immediacy through email and in the mail within a few days. The most important thing was that Adam took the time to find me the best policy for the least amount of money. I searched through multiple companies for the best policy and right off the bat Adam helped me find the best without trying to take advantage of a first time insurance customer. On top of that, any questions, comments or concerns I have had, he has answered within minutes of my message. Thank you so much Adam!
Until a year or so before we moved out of the country we were with Tebbs Brothers. The service was outstanding. They kept on top of insurance rates and options and let us know every time they found a better option for us. We went through them for auto, home, and life insurance and were always pleased with the effort they put into giving us good information and helping us find the right policy. When we switched because it seemed like a good idea to have our insurance with the same company helping us with an investment, it wasn't long before we realized how good we'd had it with Tebbs Brothers. Best insurance experience I have ever had!!! So easy to switch over plus they saved me over $1,000 a year! Incredible service, quick response times, friendly family like attention. Adam Tebbs is who I worked with and he does a great job.
I recently bought a new car and was trying to set up my own policy and break away from my parents policy. My friend suggested Tebbs to me and I could not have been happier. My parent's policy is through a different agent, and apparently there is a break away discount for using the same agent after breaking away from your parents policy. Justyn at Tebbs explained this to me and how I could get the best rate by using the other agent that my Dad uses in order to get this discount. I appreciated his honesty and the fact that he was upfront about how I could get the best deal. I would recommend Tebbs to anyone. They clearly have high integrity and their customers best interest at heart. Hopefully I can transfer my policy over to agents at Tebbs to get the best rate and the best service!
