I had an amazing experience with Paramount Acceptance, specifically with their employee, Lara. She helped me cancel mine and my husbands memeberships and allowed us to remove the $42 price guarantee fee on both of our memberships. That was huge for us and so helpful. We were so grateful to be able to work with Lara to accomplish what we needed to, and she was very willing to work with us and accommodate our needs.

I recently worked with Megan trying to sort out some billing issues and she definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She was able to make the adjustments I needed and did it fairly quickly. She was awesome!
Disgusting tactics. In a financial bind with my VASA account. Instead of resolving it with me they throw it to a law firm with personal training account and add about another $100. Thanks again for the wonderful help you've provided and putting me and the fantastic customer service you've provided. Nothing has changed between them and Golds gym different name same dirty tactics.
My experience was absolutely awful until I dealt with a customer service rep named Alec. I moved out of state and was trying to get my account cancelled since there is no local Vasa close by. I tried a couple of times and for some reason it never went through and I had contacted customer service a few times. I called when I saw an additional charge and the lady on the phone didn't help me at all and offered absolutely no solution. I wrote the service department and got Alec. He did a phenomenal job looking into my situation. He got everything resolved and was polite and courteous. What a great asset to the team in Salt Lake. Some of the others could learn something from him!
